Chef for a Day

This is a day customized to the Chef for a Day’s preference. It starts in the morning when you receive your official chef's uniform customized with your name. Once dressed, we will proceed with introductions and will give you a tour of the restaurant and the kitchen. Now you are ready for the real fun with personal hands-on experience in each station of the kitchen where you get to prepare and taste your creations.  From the kitchen, you will move on to the bar where you will get to taste your favorite spirits and spend some time with our "Wine Guy" choosing the wines for your dinner guests later that evening. When the libation station is over, you’ll be seated at your table and joined by five of your friends to a 6-course dinner including your wine pairings.

PRICE:  

$1,475 per chef for a day (not including gratuity)

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

1 personalized chef's uniform (jacket and pants)

1 personal hands-on chef training in the kitchen and at the bar

 Food and beverage tasting

6 course

dinner with wine pairings for the Chef for a Day and 5 guests in the dining room

Something extra (a small gift from the chef, i.e. a knife or similar, subject to availability)

RESERVATIONS:  

Because we want to dedicate all of our attention to you, only one Chef for a Day can be booked on a specific day. Chef for a Day has to be pre-paid at the time of the booking and will be issued in the form of a gift card.

SELECTING THE DATE:  

We are flexible with the schedule, but we recommend selecting your date at least a week in advance allowing us the time to order your personalized uniform and prepare for your visit.
